Stratagem Learning is an award-winning 501(c)3 nonprofit that specializes in bringing high quality competitive after school activities directly to elementary and middle school campuses in the San Francisco Bay Area with a special emphasis on speech and debate. We currently offer classes in Palo Alto, East Palo Alto, Dublin, Pleasanton, and San Ramon.
